All Boxed are an independent self storage company offering personal and business storage solutions in and around Calne and Chippenham. All Boxed were well known locally and had a lot of offline enquiries but their website wasn’t performing for them with little to no bookings or enquiries coming via the site. Following initial scoping sessions and market research we carefully crafted a new, dynamic website that has seen a considerable increase and upturn in online engagement which has resulted in storage bookings operating at over 95% capacity.

Challenge
The All Boxed website was in need of a refresh and needed to be more competitive for self storage enquiries and bookings in their local area. With a complex and out-of-date website we needed to remap and include more CTA’s and techniques to maximise user engagement.
The Solution
We introduced features such as an online storage size calculator where users could calculate how much space they would require for their items, an FAQ’s section, a free quote facility and an eCommerce solution where users could purchase boxes for their move or to pack their items ready for storage!
The Process
A new-look website built to maximise storage enquiries
We created a range of dedicated landing pages for both the personal and business storage services, giving the user a breadth of information with CTA prompts throughout to help generate leads. We also implemented an eCommerce section on the site where users can purchase boxes, packaging and accessories, this really is a one stop shop for all your move and storage requirements! With a target perimeter set for their local area, we carried out extensive keyword and geographical research to ensure we could optimise the site to rank effectively for key search phases, thus increasing an influx of traffic to the site and an upturn in enquires and orders.

Surpassing all expectations with consistent online bookings and enquiries
Since launching the new site All Boxed have already seen an influx of bookings and enquiries which has allowed them to fill 95% of their storage containers! In the first year alone there has been over 900 conversions come via on-site form fills with traffic coming via organic search results, with All Boxed now ranking number 1 on search engines for local area storage searches.
