How do you create a range of licensed Disney products for ASDA that not only stands out on shelf but also communicates great health credentials?
Following extensive product development and market research, the packaging needed to be impactful on-shelf, adhere to the Disney Brand Guidelines, communicate that the product was a guilt-free treat for everyone and not only appeal to a niche market/audience, children or millennials.
The packaging needed to work as a range in store and also be effective as a stand alone product, careful consideration throughout the design stage was given to pack size, ASDA were to feature different products throughout the store, impulse packs would be placed close to the check out and along side fresh sandwich counters whilst sharing bags and multi-packs were to sit on the snacking isles.
The result was a range of packs that reflects the brand’s passion for creating fun, tasty, healthy products that can be part of your daily diet and not just as a treat.
