The Elm client base has a very wide choice when it comes to furnishing their office space, so we had to create messaging that lets potential clients know why they should choose Elm. Elm really wants to broaden their customer base, and be top of mind when considering a full office redesign.

The Solution

We worked together with the Elm team to gather a greater understanding of their unique selling points to create and deliver content that perceives them to be the industry experts that they truly are. We were aware that giving their audience useful content, showcasing testimonials, and highlighting market trends would strengthen their credibility.

The Process

Using the Elm branding, we created a set of minimal pastel templates, optimised their platforms so that each was consistent with the other, and used their own high quality imagery for their banners.

We have been posting consistently for Elm across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Over that time we have demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the industry, given a clear understanding of what Elm has to offer and shown their great passion and commitment to sustainability.
