FAME Services is a full-service facilities management firm, established in 2009, that provides the UK with a one-stop-shop for bespoke maintenance services. The clients of FAME are all commercial companies including charities, large national private industry and local authorities. Their vision statement is that they aim to be the best they can through teamwork and training, with team ethic at the heart of what they do. The evidence of this ethos is the core of their success.

Challenge

Having minimal social media presence when they approached Bubble, we were almost starting from the drawing board with FAME Services’ social media presence. They had already grown a small following yet weren’t quite reaching their target audience, and they had very little experience in using social media.

The Solution

We spent some time with the team at FAME familiarising them on the basics of the social media platforms, and decided that growing visibility and awareness, particularly on LinkedIn, was going to be invaluable with them marketing B2B.

The Process

We created a set of simple, yet eye-catching social media templates to make Fame instantly recognisable on their social media platforms, and consistent with their existing branding. Their platforms were all optimised so that their profile pictures and banners were instantly recognisable when jumping between each platform.

Delivery

With a deep emphasis on FAME Services offering and knowledge, we began posting across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook consistently, showcasing their recent projects, sharing testimonials that are a credit to their level of service, and educating their audience on the importance of facility maintenance.
