Vinco Windows offer a complete turnkey solution for the design, supply and installation of high quality windows and doors. Based in Newark but operating nationwide, Vinco wanted to improve their online presence and appeal to a range of audiences including homeowners, commercial businesses and trade customers. It was felt that huge improvements could be made to their site with purpose built landing pages, dedicated sector pages and a free quote facility, allowing users to upload their plans for a free quotation.

Vinco’s existing website had become too disjointed, with lots of product pages that had been poorly categorised and with mixed messaging to try to appeal to different sectors, the website needed to go back to basics with a focus on improving the user experience.
We remapped and created a set of wireframes to ensure the new website was easy to navigate, had relevant CTA’s and included new pages that would allow them to rank effectively for their target demographic. We created a set of design visuals that modernised the look and feel of the site and sat them amongst some of the industry leaders.

Through extensive market and keyword research we created a range of product and sector pages based on search volumes for their service offering and packed these full of keyword rich content to help Vinco rank competitively on search engines. In a crowded and competitive market we worked closely with the team at Vinco to create a site that demonstrated their capabilities, showcased their high quality products and gave users an intuitive and easy to use free quote facility where they can upload plans to obtain a quotation.

Following the completion and launch of the new website, Vinco have seen an increase in CTR’s, with time on site increasing by over 30% and a reduction in bounce rates of nearly 20%. Month on month organic user visits are also up by over 3% with the new website ranking highly on search engines for key product and service pages. The site is kept up-to-date with all the latest project posts and news stories and the live WhatsApp chat integration allows Vinco to be responsive to users instantly.
