The latest Twitter update is here, but will it really help them become the ‘best place to share media’?
As of this week, Twitter users can upload up to four images, videos and/or GIFs, all within a single tweet. A huge move for the platform!
This update complements two new video features that were rolled out late last month – full screen video viewing and a suggested video carousel located in the Explore tab. These 3 updates target creators main needs, the ease to upload videos, the capability for the video to be viewed in the best possible way, and the ability for videos to be found.
As we know, video sharing is becoming increasingly popular, and is quickly becoming the media many users prefer to see, so it’s great to see Twitter making changes to keep up with new trends, and aid creators.
But, do these changes help Twitter achieve their goal of becoming the ‘best place to share media’? It’s definitely a step in the right direction!
