Our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning has become a bit of a tradition here at Bubble. It’s always one of those days that gives everyone a good excuse to pause for a little while, enjoy some homemade treats and spend some time together.
This year, the whole team got involved once again, with everyone bringing something in to create a pretty impressive spread! There was a bit of everything, from cakes, brownies and other sweet treats to sausage rolls, sourdough and plenty of savoury snacks.
It was great to see how much effort everyone had put into their bakes, with plenty of treats to choose from. And, of course, having so much food in the office meant there was a perfect reason to grab a cuppa, try something new and have a catch-up with the rest of the team.
There was plenty of chatting and laughter throughout the morning, and we even had the important job of deciding which bakes were our favourites! Although, with so many good options, choosing a winner isn’t always easy!
While the baking and team time make the Coffee Morning something we always look forward to, the real reason we take part is to support Macmillan Cancer Support.
We’ve been getting involved with Macmillan Coffee Morning for a number of years now, and it’s something we’re always keen to continue. The money raised helps Macmillan provide vital support to people living with cancer, as well as their families and loved ones.
A huge thank you to everyone who baked, brought something along, donated and got involved this year. It was brilliant to see everyone making the effort and helping to make another Macmillan Coffee Morning a success.
We always enjoy these days as a team, and it’s even better knowing that our efforts are helping to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year!
