There’s nothing quite like ending the year by bringing the whole team together – and our annual Christmas Jumper Day did not disappoint!
The Bubble office was full of festive cheer as everyone came in wearing their best (and boldest) Christmas jumpers. From classic knits to eye-catching novelty numbers, the effort was strong across the board- although it’s fair to say Asia stole the show by turning up as an inflatable gingerbread man! Iconic behaviour.
The day kicked off with our Secret Santa, with a £10 limit per person and plenty of creativity on display. There were laughs, thoughtful gifts, and a few moments of “how did you know I needed this?”- exactly how Secret Santa should be.
Next up was a festive buffet lunch, giving everyone the chance to take a breather, grab some food, and enjoy a proper catch-up away from screens. After lunch, we came together for our annual Bubble Roundup- a chance to reflect on the year as a whole. The presentation looked back at our key achievements and milestones, highlighted some special team mentions, and celebrated the collective effort that’s made this year such a success. We also shared a glimpse of what’s ahead, including our plans for next year and the team events we’ve got to look forward to.
Of course, no Bubble Christmas would be complete without our annual Christmas Quiz. This year’s quiz was packed with festive trivia, featuring a mix of general knowledge, a Christmas song round, and a picture round testing how well teams remembered this year’s Christmas TV adverts. As always, it was highly competitive, full of friendly banter, and- we’re assured – absolutely no cheating 👀. Bragging rights were very much on the line.
Christmas Jumper Day is one of our favourite traditions because it perfectly reflects what Bubble is all about: teamwork, laughter, and celebrating the people behind the work. It was a brilliant way to come together, have some fun, and wrap up another fantastic year as a team.
