We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from the Bubble team – Abbi has successfully completed her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and is now continuing her journey with us as a full-time Accounts Assistant.
Even more impressively, Abbi passed her apprenticeship with a Merit, missing out on a Distinction by just one mark, which is a brilliant achievement and a real reflection of the dedication and hard work she has shown throughout the programme.
From Apprentice to Full-Time Team Member
Abbi joined Bubble in January 2025 as part of her apprenticeship, and from day one she brought a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn.
Over the course of the programme, we’ve seen Abbi grow both professionally and personally. She has built valuable skills, gained confidence in her role and quickly become a reliable and supportive member of the team who is always willing to help wherever she can.
Abbi’s role within the business is varied and hands-on, giving her a real understanding of how the operational side of the agency runs. Her responsibilities include raising SOPs, managing jobs within the studio, handling incoming calls, organising deliveries and placing orders, all of which help keep the day-to-day running of the business smooth and organised.
A Success Story from Our Future Talent Programme
Abbi’s journey with Bubble is also another fantastic example of the impact of our Future Talent Programme, which aims to support and develop the next generation of creative and business professionals through apprenticeships, work experience and academic partnerships.
Seeing apprentices like Abbi grow in confidence, develop their skills and progress into permanent roles within the company is exactly what the programme was designed to achieve. We’re incredibly proud that Abbi is the latest success story from this initiative.
Reflecting on her apprenticeship, Abbi said:
“I’ve really enjoyed my apprenticeship at Bubble and I’m so pleased to have completed it. The team have been incredibly supportive throughout and I’ve learned so much about how the business operates day to day. It’s been a great experience and I’m excited to continue developing my skills in my role as Accounts Assistant.”

Abbi has been mentored throughout her apprenticeship by Nicola, who has supported her development and learning along the way.
Nicola said:
“Abbi has been fantastic throughout her apprenticeship. She has shown great commitment to learning, and it’s been brilliant to see her confidence grow over the past year. She’s become a really important part of the team and we’re all incredibly proud of what she has achieved.”
Looking Ahead
Completing an apprenticeship is a huge milestone, and we’re thrilled that Abbi will be continuing her career with us here at Bubble.
Her journey over the past year is a great example of what can be achieved through hard work, support and a willingness to learn, and we’re excited to see how she continues to grow in her role.
