Bubble work experience 2024

At Bubble, we believe in nurturing future talent and giving back to our community. This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from local schools and colleges to participate in our annual work experience program. These budding creatives were immersed in the vibrant and dynamic world of design and marketing, gaining firsthand experience in various aspects of our agency’s operations.

A glimpse into agency life

From the moment they stepped into our studio, the students were welcomed as part of the team. They quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment, eagerly taking on tasks and contributing to ongoing projects. It was inspiring to see their enthusiasm and fresh perspectives breathe new life into our workspace.

Hands-on learning across our services

Our work experience students dove headfirst into the multifaceted world of design and marketing. They were involved in a variety of tasks across our range of services, including:

Web Design

Students learned the fundamentals of creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites. They participated in brainstorming sessions, wireframing, and even got a taste of coding.

Social Media Marketing

Our students assisted in crafting engaging content, planning campaigns, and analysing social media metrics. They discovered the power of social media in building brand awareness and connecting with audiences.

Branding

Understanding the essence of branding, students explored how to create a cohesive brand identity. They worked on logo designs, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling.

Digital Marketing

From SEO strategies to email marketing, students gained insights into the various components of digital marketing. They learned how to optimise content and measure the success of marketing efforts.

Immersion into our creative processes

We ensured that our students were not just passive observers but active participants in our creative processes. They attended team meetings, contributed ideas during brainstorming sessions, and collaborated with our designers, marketers, and strategists. This hands-on approach allowed them to understand the intricacies of agency life and the importance of teamwork in delivering successful projects.

Benefits for everyone

The experience was mutually beneficial. Our team enjoyed mentoring the students, sharing their knowledge, and seeing our work through fresh eyes. The students, on the other hand, walked away with valuable skills, a deeper understanding of the industry, and a sense of accomplishment from completing real-world tasks.

Reflections and future aspirations

As our work experience program comes to a close, we reflect on the positive impact it has had on both the students and our agency. We’re proud to play a role in shaping the next generation of designers and marketers. The enthusiasm and creativity they brought to our team were truly inspiring, and we look forward to continuing this tradition in the future.

If you’re a student or an educator interested in our work experience program, feel free to get in touch with us! We’re always excited to welcome new talent and provide a platform for learning and growth.
