We’re excited to welcome two new apprentices – Hariss and Ellis – to the Bubble team. They’ve joined us as part of our wider commitment to nurturing emerging talent through meaningful, hands-on opportunities within the creative industry.
Both are embarking on a Level 2 Marketing Apprenticeship, which they’ll complete over the next 13 months. Their time at Bubble will combine structured learning with real-world agency experience, giving them the chance to apply their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment – working on live projects, collaborating with experienced professionals, and contributing to client work from day one.
We’re proud to support Hariss and Ellis on their apprenticeship journey and to give them the opportunity to learn directly from our expert team. By being fully immersed in agency life, they’ll gain practical insights, build valuable skills, and grow in confidence as they shape their future careers.
Their appointment is also part of our newly launched Future Talent Programme, which is designed to help inspire and support the next generation of creatives through apprenticeships, work placements, and academic workshops. We’re passionate about creating genuine opportunities for young people in our community, and Hariss and Ellis are a great example of how this programme is already having a positive impact.
Meet Hariss – Business Development Apprentice
Hariss joins the Bubble team with a genuine enthusiasm for exploring how marketing drives business growth and success. He’s eager to develop a broad understanding of the marketing landscape, and his apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience across a variety of key areas, including campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and data analytics.
Throughout his apprenticeship journey, Hariss will be supported to build practical skills that are crucial in today’s competitive market. As he gains confidence and expertise, his focus will gradually shift towards business development – where he’ll learn how to leverage his marketing insights to attract new clients, nurture lasting relationships, and contribute strategically to the agency’s growth and future ambitions.
Meet Ellis – Web Design Apprentice
Ellis joins Bubble with a strong passion for creativity and a keen interest in digital technologies. His apprenticeship will give him a solid grounding in marketing fundamentals, while his day-to-day work will centre around digital and web design projects – perfectly suited to his eye for detail and design aesthetics.
As part of our creative team, Ellis will collaborate closely with both the web design and development departments, gaining valuable experience in user experience research, front-end design, and the technical aspects of building websites. This hands-on involvement will teach him how to translate client briefs into engaging, effective online experiences that align with both business goals and user needs.
Through this apprenticeship, Ellis will develop a diverse skill set that combines creativity with technical knowledge – preparing him for a successful future in the rapidly evolving digital design industry.
Real Learning, Real Experience
Both Hariss and Ellis have joined us from a local college and will be balancing their studies with day-to-day experience on real client projects. Their apprenticeships are tailored to support their personal career goals while giving them broad exposure to the creative and commercial sides of agency life.
