At Bubble, giving back to our local community is something we genuinely care about. As part of our ongoing social impact work, we’re always looking for ways to support local charities and good causes – especially at times of year when a little kindness can go a long way.
This Christmas, our team came together to support Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice by donating a selection of festive gifts for the children and families they care for.
A team effort
Rather than fundraising in the traditional sense, our team chose to personally contribute towards buying gifts directly from Bluebell Wood’s Amazon wishlist. Everyone chipped in, helping us raise £100, which went towards thoughtful, fun and creative presents designed to bring moments of joy.
The gifts included:
• Light-up pop tubes
• LEGO sets
• Card games and puzzles
• Craft and creative materials
Once everything arrived, the team wrapped the gifts together before delivering them to the hospice- a small but meaningful moment that really captured the spirit of Christmas and teamwork.
About Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice
Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families, across South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire.
Their care goes far beyond medical support- providing emotional care, respite, end-of-life support and bereavement services to families when they need it most. The work they do is nothing short of incredible, and they rely heavily on donations and community support to continue delivering their services.
