Bubble team member Rob sat with Jayden who is doing his work experience placement at Bubble

We’re delighted to welcome Jayden, a Year 12 student from a local school, who has joined Bubble for a seven-week T-Level placement as part of his work experience requirement. Over the next 40 working days (315 hours), Jayden will be working closely with our web development team, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into the digital sector.

A Real-World Learning Experience

Jayden’s placement will focus on several key areas critical to web development and digital projects, including:

Problem Analysis: Defining requirements and acceptance criteria based on user needs.

Software Design and Implementation: Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software.

Software Maintenance: Updating and fixing software to ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration: Working effectively in team settings.

Knowledge Application: Researching and applying reliable information sources.

Ethical and Risk Management: Adhering to ethical standards and managing legal risks in software development.

This placement offers Jayden a unique opportunity to put theory into practice while experiencing the day-to-day workings of a busy creative agency. He’ll be supported by our experienced digital team, who will mentor him throughout the placement to help develop his skills and confidence.

“I’m really excited to be joining Bubble for my T-Level placement. It’s been great to work on real projects and see how the things I’ve learned at school apply in a real work environment. The team has been really supportive, and I’m looking forward to learning as much as I can over the next few weeks.”

— Jayden, T-Level Student

Supporting Local Students Through the Future Talent Programme

Jayden’s placement is part of Bubble’s wider Future Talent Programme, an initiative dedicated to inspiring and supporting the next generation of creative and digital professionals. The programme focuses on offering meaningful apprenticeships, work experience placements, and academic workshops to local students.

Through the Future Talent Programme, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by giving young people hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and real-world skills in a supportive agency environment. This not only benefits the students but also strengthens the creative industry by nurturing well-prepared, confident future talent.
