1. The Promoter
The competition is organised and run by Bubble Design & Marketing Ltd, Unit 9, Amelia Court, Swanton Close, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 7HJ.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must find the 3 ghosts hidden on the Bubble website, take screenshots of all 3, and email them to competitions@bubbledesign.co.uk before the competition closing date. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Closing Date
The competition closes at 11:59pm on Monday 10th November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. Eligibility
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Bubble Design & Marketing Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Participants may submit multiple entries, but only one prize is available.
5. Prize
• The prize is one £50 Amazon gift card.
• No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
6. Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via the same email address used to submit the entry within 7 days of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, Bubble reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their details may be used in reasonable publicity relating to the competition (e.g., on Bubble’s website and social media).
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. General
• Bubble reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
