At Bubble, we’re big believers that a strong team isn’t just built in the studio – it’s built through shared experiences, laughter, and spending time together outside of the day-to-day. Last week, we did exactly that, heading out for an evening of bowling and pizza to celebrate the brilliant people behind Bubble.
After a busy day in the studio, the full team made their way to Tenpin Bowling in Doncaster, where four lanes were waiting for us. We split into two groups of six and two groups of five, and let the friendly competition begin! With two games each, there were plenty of strikes, spares, and questionable techniques (we’re looking at you, backwards bowlers 👀), but the energy was full of support and good-natured rivalry.
As always, there were a few standout performances – some team members clearly have secret bowling careers in the making – but whether you hit a strike or the gutter, everyone was cheering each other on. It’s that kind of atmosphere that makes nights like these so special.
After we’d wrapped up on the lanes, we made our way over to Pizza Express, where tables were set and drinks were poured. With pre-ordered pizzas arriving hot from the oven and conversation flowing just as easily, it was the perfect way to unwind and reflect on a fun-filled evening.
These kinds of team nights out are more than just a chance to let off steam – they’re a reminder of the strong culture we’ve built at Bubble. A culture that values togetherness, celebrates individuality, and creates space for people to connect, relax and have a good time.
Whether we’re working on a big campaign, climbing a mountain (literally), or just competing for who can bowl the most gutter balls, we always make time to celebrate the people who make Bubble what it is.
