The Challenge
Ask Bosco had a dated website plagued by poor UI/UX and limited functionality. The site failed to clearly communicate the product’s key benefits—explaining how it works and who can use it—which created a disconnect between the product’s true value and its online presentation. Additionally, the absence of effective on-page conversion techniques resulted in underwhelming performance and low user engagement.
The Solution
We developed a custom website design featuring a drag-and-drop page builder, enabling easy content updates and management. To drive conversions, we strategically crafted landing pages with prominent, targeted calls to action. Additionally, we built dynamic forms using advanced custom fields and seamlessly integrated them with HubSpot for efficient lead capture and improved user experience.
The Process
We began the project by wireframing and carefully planning the site’s content and structure. Understanding the product was a top priority, so our team completed a specialised training course to gain the insights needed to showcase its benefits effectively.
Recognising that the previous website didn’t fully explain the product’s key features, we identified its unique selling points and ensured they were prominently featured in the new navigation. To further enhance the user experience, we developed prototype links to test the user journey and introduced an events and webinars category with integrated lead capture functionality to drive conversions.
Before & After
Delivery
We delivered an interactive, high-performing website featuring custom animated graphics and a dedicated ‘See Ask Bosco in Action’ landing page designed to drive traffic and conversions. With a vastly improved UI/UX, enhanced content, and engaging interactive elements, the new website offers a seamless user experience. Since launch, we’ve seen an increase in time on site and higher on-page conversions, driven by stronger content and improved positioning.
To meet a critical launch deadline, we adopted a two-phase approach. Phase 1 focused on getting the core content live by Q4 2024, ensuring the site was ready for immediate use. Phase 2, launched in Q1 2025, introduced additional resources, blogs, and extended content to support organic search growth. This strategic rollout allowed us to hit key milestones while providing our client with a scalable, future-proof solution.
