Project Overview
As one of the UK’s leading luxury care providers, Signature Care Homes approached us with an outdated website that failed to communicate the exceptional surroundings and premium experience provided to their residents across their homes.
Alongside elevating the visual experience, the project also required building a platform capable of supporting multiple care home locations while maintaining strong performance in search and delivering a consistent luxury brand experience.
Through modernising their digital presence, we aimed to:

The Challenge
As a well-known prestigious care home provider, the design still needed to be easily recognisable as the Signature brand. Rather than a complete redesign, we worked closely with the team at Signature to preserve the best of the brand whilst elevating and modernising it during the transition.
With multiple care homes across the UK, each home required its own page within the site structure while remaining part of a cohesive overall platform.
Plus, as the existing website already ranked organically for a number of key locations, mitigating the impact on these SEO rankings during migration was critical for the project.
The Solution
To address these challenges, we took a strategy-led approach to create a digital experience that mirrors the premium quality delivered in person. The visual direction focused on refining the typography, colours, luxury-inspired whitespace and clean, modern layouts optimised for mobile-first users.
