The Challenge

Efficiency North’s previous website was built on Kentico, which offered limited flexibility for content updates. Even minor changes required external support from their previous agency, leading to ongoing costs and inefficiencies. Additionally, the site’s poor user experience, disjointed navigation, and complex content structure made it difficult for users to find key information. Our challenge was to restructure the sitemap, improve content accessibility, and develop a user-friendly website that positioned key information more effectively while giving the client full control over updates.

The Solution

We carried out a complete website restructure, ensuring that all four sub-brands were given equal visibility within the site architecture. The redesign modernised the website’s look and feel, making it more visually engaging while improving usability. To enhance lead generation, we strategically implemented conversion-focused design elements. Additionally, we integrated all forms seamlessly with the client’s MS Dynamics platform, streamlining data management and improving efficiency.

The Process

We began by redefining the sitemap and developing wireframes for key pages, ensuring a more intuitive structure for users. Alongside this, we conducted target persona research to align the website’s content and layout with the needs of its audience. Establishing strong foundations was crucial before moving into the creative phase.

During the design stage, we introduced a modern, engaging look that remained true to Efficiency North’s branding while enhancing the overall user experience. Once the designs were finalised, we moved into development, which included a comprehensive content migration process. This ensured all existing content was seamlessly transferred without affecting search rankings, preserving the site’s authority and visibility.

Delivery

Efficiency North’s online presence has been completely transformed with a full redesign and rebuild. The new website is built on Elementor, providing the team with a flexible, user-friendly platform that makes it easy to add, edit, and manage content in-house.

Beyond aesthetics, the new site offers a vastly improved user experience, with a more intuitive structure and enhanced navigation. Since launch, the website has already seen increased traffic, higher user engagement, and improved conversion rates. Fully responsive across all devices, the new platform ensures a seamless browsing experience for every visitor.
