ITHealth approached us about a complete redesign and rebuild of their website to help them redefine their core offering and deliver a more modern and suitable new site for their target audience of NHS organisations. With their business built around protecting patient safety through cybersecurity they needed a website that reflected their professional yet friendly approach that could also demonstrate their capabilities and reputation in their market sector. We worked closely with ITHealth to deliver a site that was not only engaging and easy to use but that also focussed on the core needs and requirements of their users.

The previous ITHealth website was outdated, with the solutions and services having evolved we needed to restructure the sitemap and give priority to their key offering, putting cyber assurance and compliance at the front and centre of what they do. This restructure also included removing pages that they no longer required, whilst promoting more of their flagship products, case studies and blog posts along with upcoming webinars and events.
We fully redesigned and rebuilt the site to give precedence to the key solutions, services, projects and news so the website was fully demonstrating ITHealth’s capabilities and strengths within their sector. We kept the website clean, modern and easy to navigate with key CTA’s included throughout many of the pages to help them maximise user engagement and drive new enquiries.
We mapped out and tested the user journey then created and coupled engaging content with dynamic design templates
Following keyword research and competitor analysis we created wireframes to ensure we were delivering a seamless user experience across all devices, before applying the creative to the new page templates. By utilising their brand toolkit we were able to create a visually engaging site that was on-brand, including the introduction of the ‘meet the team’ page where we photographed all members of their team to give that friendly, approachable feel! Another inclusion of the site was to add on a customer forum, where their NHS users had a space to share experiences and collaborate to maximise the investments made on the ITHealth Dashboard.

The new ITHealth website has been delivered to help improve the user experience, with lots of new content and a restructuring of their offering has meant that their users are finding the site easier to navigate and use with CTA’s giving clients a much simpler way of getting in touch. The new site has been built on a WordPress platform, giving ITHealth the ability to update and manage their website content on a frequent basis so they can promote any news, events and any other relevant information to help keep them at the forefront of their market.
