We were tasked with developing a digital platform to grow market share, support their merchants with stock and sales, generate the business more leads and give Polypipe UFH more visibility online.
The Solution
We developed a digital platform to support B2B installers with a unique quote system allowing users to upload plan drawings and obtain a quote back within 3 hours, showing availability at their local merchant. The first 12 months results have been staggering with £7.42m generated in quote value, 1,851 live enquiries, 1,324 complete live chats and 10,194 files downloads, Polypipe has reported 2,689% return on investment.

How we captured the attention of Polypipe’s target audience in an ultra-competitive search marketplace.
The website design had to take an innovative approach. At its core, this website needed to act as an eCommerce website, however no direct sales would take place online. It was incredibly important that this website still provided a simple, easy to follow and effective user journey, and as a result different sales processes were incorporated.
