The Challenge
Elm previously had two websites, one eCommerce store for their day to day furniture sales and one for their larger workplace project enquiries. We were tasked with combining the two sites into a single online solution, this allowed us to focus on strengthening the DNA of a single domain whilst reducing the clients on-going costs. The single site solution enabled us to target all customers and offer them over the counter sales and design/space planning services.
The Solution
We fully redesigned and rebuilt the site on a bespoke WooCommerce platform which seamlessly integrated into their suppliers ERP systems, providing users with the latest stock, inventory and variable pricing. We were able to automatically integrate the new website with their suppliers systems providing users with a free next day delivery service on all orders placed before 3pm.

Establishing a strategy to allow Elm to unite their two existing websites our design and development team worked together to build a feature rich website which allows Elm to easily manage, maintain and update the content using the latest drag and drop page builder technology. Google Shopping integration and a strategic PPC campaign allowed us to drive both paid and organic traffic to the site resulting in a significant increase in enquiries for both over the counter sales and larger workspace design projects.
