A new website that’s capturing attention and driving results
Elm Workspace are one of the UK’s leading companies when it comes to supplying and specifying office and education furniture. They offer an extensive range of office and educational furniture including desks, chairs and even storage solutions, with a dedicated in-house design and space planning team, essentially they can take an empty space and create a beautiful working environment or place to learn.
It was important that the new website created a user experience that delivered measurable returns, captured attention and generated significant leads.
We were approached by Elm and asked if we could design and develop them a new site that would drive more leads for their sales team through the website. Our answer was simple… when would you like us to start!

A detailed audit of their existing site was showing healthy traffic but high bounce rates, low page views and very few conversations. Whilst the site contained lots of information about the companies products and services, much of the content was diluted, not making it clear to users what their offering was.
We redesigned the entire user journey from the ground up, mapping out related service areas to encourage page visits and time-on-site. A key part of this process was to ensure we kept users on the site, provided them with the information they required along with very simple call to actions allowing Elm to generate healthy leads for their sales teams.
Each service page enquiry form was tracked so we were able to identify which forms and services were generating the most enquiries. Dedicated service pages allowed us to setup a PPC strategy to target schools and businesses within a 30 mile radius of their office who may be looking for office or educational furniture, depending on the search keyword we were able to drive traffic to the associated landing page resulting in healthy conversations.
