The Challenge
We were tasked with building a new website to position Mastrad as a leading educational and contact furniture supplier with a significant UK stock holding and fixed pricing in an uncertain economy. In a crowded marketplace we needed to capture the attention of Mastrad’s target customers and persuade them to switch their supply chain.
The Solution
We developed a new website to outperform their competitors with easy to download resources, access to trade price lists along with clear and concise product information allowing trade users to see all product specifications, download high quality imagery, review all SKU variants and simply apply to become a reseller.

How we used dynamic form tracking, exit intent and on-page conversion techniques to send sales, traffic and search visibility soaring
Strategic keyword analysis allowed us to clearly define the site architecture and category structure based on data provided by GA, this not only allowed us to plan the user journey but have a clear understanding of what Mastrad’s users were organically searching for when looking online for a new contract furniture supplier. We structured landing pages with dynamic form tracking which presented key information to users on their journey enabling us to optimise on page conversions. Exit intent and lead capture on key downloads provided Mastrad’s sales team with genuine leads to follow up on.
