The Challenge
The challenge was to develop an engaging loyalty campaign that would nurture and build long term client relationships with existing customers. The campaign also needed to influence, persuade and change the behaviour of prospective customers to choose Polypipe as their preferred supplier over their competitors.
The Solution
Polypipe Perks was reborn. A business to business incentive programme to ensure clients stay loyal, satisfied and engaged.
The Process
It was essential that we encouraged loyalty, repeat behaviours and increased spend from Polypipe’s customers
We kicked off by working with Polypipe to review and analyse why the current loyalty scheme was underperforming and delivering low customer engagement. Following this it was important that we understood the persona of Polypipe’s customers (installers). These were the plumbers and heating engineers on-the-ground purchasing plumbing parts through national merchants in order to complete their daily jobs. Research and feedback allowed us to develop an incentive scheme that presented installers with multiple benefits and provided Polypipe with an advantage by differentiating them against their competitors.

Delivering an incredible B2B rebrand and online platform to build long lasting relationships to ensure clients stay loyal, satisfied and engaged
A full rebrand was carried out which clearly identified Polypipe’s proposition to set them apart from their competition. We delivered unique creative to create emotional connections with installers and boost brand recall. A custom, online WordPress platform was developed, allowing installers to register and upload receipts/invoices for every Polypipe product purchased. Their spend was converted to points allowing installers to exchange their points for prizes ranging from food and drink, power tools, wearable tech, home entertainment products, experience days and even holidays! A custom dashboard was developed for installers allowing them to login and view their transitional history and accumulative points, view a gift catalogue and claim a reward. A similar administrator dashboard was developed, allowing the Polypipe team to process receipts from installers, manage users and process rewards.
