
The Challenge
The previous website was built on a fixed theme that offered limited content management capabilities, making it increasingly difficult for the client to keep their website up-to-date. Additionally, the site suffered from a poor user interface and user experience, with no dynamic forms to track conversions, all of which hindered engagement and overall performance.
The Solution
We delivered a bespoke website featuring animated graphics that truly engage users. Developed using advanced custom fields and built on the Elementor page builder, the site now allows the client to effortlessly manage and update content in-house via an intuitive drag-and-drop editor. Additionally, we integrated dynamic form tracking with HubSpot, enabling precise conversion tracking from specific landing pages. This setup provides enhanced data insights and greater visibility across organic search, paid, and social campaigns - ensuring the website not only looks great but also performs as an effective marketing tool.
The Process
We began by conducting detailed persona research to clearly identify the target audience, which allowed us to reposition the website and refine the content flow for maximum impact. Next, we restructured the site architecture to enhance the overall user journey, prioritising the visibility of their core service offering (PTaaS).
To boost conversions, we introduced a dedicated resource section featuring gated content that enables effective lead capture through various downloadable materials. We also developed an innovative vulnerability management calculator, integrated with OutGrow, to provide users with a snapshot of their vulnerability management process while generating qualified leads.
To safeguard and improve search engine authority, we implemented a comprehensive site migration plan that successfully transferred all existing content to the new platform. We further enhanced the website’s SEO by integrating Schema Pro on the Solution pages, which improved organic search traction. Finally, we created a dedicated ‘Book a Demo’ page and seamlessly integrated it with HubSpot CRM to streamline lead management and drive business growth.

We delivered a fully bespoke WordPress platform integrated with HubSpot, enhanced with custom animated graphics designed to boost engagement and improve conversions. Since launching in Q1, the new website has driven impressive results: a 27% increase in active users, a 29% rise in new users, and a 2.2% boost in organic search traffic. Most notably, their core service (PTaaS) has seen a 16% increase in page views.
