Digital Content Marketing Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Content Marketing Executive to join our passionate and expanding team.

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for all-things digital? Our Bubble is growing and we’re on the lookout for a Digital Content Marketing Executive to play a key role in creating impactful web content and marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients.

You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality website and marketing solutions across multiple channels and projects. From writing SEO-optimised website content that converts to developing multi-channel strategies that span email marketing and blog content, you’ll be responsible for executing campaigns that boost engagement and drive results for our clients.

Full-time
Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days a week at our Retford location)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Researching and creating content for a range of web and digital marketing projects
• Creating and distributing engaging content that aligns with each client’s brand and objectives, including website content, blog posts, and marketing emails
• Planning, developing, and managing strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, and optimising content for search engines to increase organic visibility
• Planning, designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and analysing performance to drive engagement and conversions
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance, using insights to refine and enhance strategies for better results
• Working closely with our design, content and development teams to create cohesive strategies that maximise campaign impact
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying new insights to maintain innovation across campaigns
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines

Key skills

To be considered, the successful candidate should have:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, email marketing and content marketing
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and MailChimp/Campaign Monitor
• Excellent web content writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, SEO-optimised copy
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns for performance
• Effective time management and prioritisation, able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Graphic design skills with experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
