We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and channel growth, manage our in-house social media team, and oversee select client accounts.

Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Creating, executing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies for both Bubble and select client accounts, aligning with business goals and brand identity
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the social media team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and collaboration
• Being the primary point of contact for your social media clients, managing their accounts and delivering tailored social media strategies and campaigns
• Overseeing the design and production of engaging and original content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Scheduling and publishing social media posts efficiently and effectively
• Fostering positive and interactive online communities, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Falcon
• Adjusting and updating strategies based on data-driven insights
• Working closely with our in-house teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms and touchpoints
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we and our clients remain innovative and competitive
• Planning and executing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement for both our company and our clients
• Managing paid social media advertising, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimisation
Key skills
To be considered, the successful candidate should have:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in a digital design or creative agency
• Ability to work on both organic and paid social strategies and campaigns, with a great understanding of paid advertising
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
• Strong creative skills with an eye for design and detail
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in social media analytics and reporting tools
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A familiarity with social media management platforms and a basic knowledge of web traffic metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
